Safety is more than compliance. It is ensuring that each person related to our work is protected from unnecessary risk. EMTech provides training and resources to establish an atmosphere where a good day’s work can be completed without endangering the health of the public or our employees.
Emtech holds project specific orientations to make employees aware of possible hazards. We have brainstorming sessions to identify hazards at the job site. We then carefully develop steps to eliminate risk. We finalize this with a site assessment and a completed Area Hazard Analysis.
We hold safety meetings each week that feature topics relevant to the project being performed. Employee participation is encouraged. Each employee is empowered to point out safety concerns and take steps to mitigate risk.
Emtech contracts with qualified third-party trainers to give our employees the best safety training available. We have periodic training throughout the year to prepare employees for hazards they may encounter on the job. We engage in project-specific training to prepare employees for hazards that are outside of their normal work experience so they are trained up on project specific safety controls.
On each Project we:

Our commitment to safety comes from a desire to protect our employees and the people we serve. We take these steps knowing that it will protect the health of each person who comes to our job sites.
Our Technicians are First Aid and CPR certified.
